I was extremely happy with the service I received, the boiler was installed as arranged and they cleared the area and left it as they found it removing the old boiler I would have no hesitation in employing Kristian and his team again.

Kristian and his team turned up Saturday morning to replace my 20 year old Baxi Solo 3 Boiler with an Ideal Logic Combi Boiler. They worked tirelessly for around six hours with only a short break, wearing masks while in our presence and putting on shoe coverings when entering and leaving the house. The work was carried out to a high standard and the place was left tidy and all waste was removed.

Kristian replaced my old combi boiler with a new boiler. I didn't have any particular make of boiler in mind so I was quoted for several different makes and models in order to help decide. Communication was great throughout and nothing was to much trouble. Work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. I would recommend and use Richardson Gas & Heating again.

Kristian was great on communication, helped me save quite a lot of money on notifying me of an Amazon Prime sale that gave me much of the hardware I needed around half-prices, and the job was completed with great care, consideration, tidiness and very pleased with results. We replaced boiler to a new, much more efficient one (old one was failing regularly) - and implemented smart TRV's across every room, already allowing us to much more accurately control heating room-by-room at different points of the week. Would heartily recommend Kristian's work and engaging him, and he took care to ensure COVID considerations also respected.

Kristian was very quick, helpfull and honest. It was identified there were two parts needed for my boiler. One quite expensive. Upon reading up on it he found out there is a fault with this type of boiler that can show it needs both parts. Kristian informed me of this and said he would try the cheapest part first, which worked. Very honest young man saved me over £300. Would definitely recommend him.

Carried out gas safety check. He kept in touch on the arranged day and very thoughtfully called to say he was running late. I would use him again

Job completed quickly, even did extra work than was required and gave sound advice about boiler/fire. Would definitely use again for gas work.
