    Leaking pipe under sink in the kitchen.
    Carl impressed me very much with his way of communication. No-fuss, straight to the point. We had a little chat on the phone, I sent him a photo of the leaking pipe. He came on time early in the morning, he fixed - fitted new pipe and also fixed the broken tap at no extra cost. I would strongly recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues. And he will be my first choice in the future for these problems. Gaz

    Leaky valve in toilet cistern
    Carl did a great job fixing our toilet. He was prompt, clean, tidy, quick and efficient. Also a really nice guy too, would definitely recommend 👍

    Problems with cistern filling and loud noises

    Water flowing into toilet pan. Shut off valve leaking
    Carl responded really quickly, booked me in, completed the job with plenty of explanation about why I had the problem and how he’d fixed it. Also future proofed another part that was on it s way out too. Totally satisfied - thanks

    Continual flushing toilet
    Carl is a very polite, punctual young man. He gave a full explanation of the problem and how he was going to resolve it. He knows his trade, answered my questions relating to my shower as well as the problematic toilet, and gave excellent service. I would definitely employ him again, and highly recommend him.

    Need an outside tap installing
    Immediate response to invite and an appointment made promptly! Explained everything in depth beforehand so i was aware of what work would be carried out. Turned up on time on day of appointment and did an excellent job. Very profressional and polite! Would highly recommend 😊

    Long foghorn type noise after toilet has been flushed
    Carl knew exactly what the problem when I described the issue to him. He obviously knows his stuff. He was efficient and responsive and did it all with a smile. He took the time to explain the issue and showed me what he had done. I would definitely recommend him and use him again. In fact I have already hired him for another job. An absolute pleasure to work with and an unusual gem to find in the tradesman world!
