I wouldn't hesitate to use Carl again for any plumbing work. He arrived when he said he would, was knowledgeable, reasonably priced and polite. He gave me several options for the repair and he recommended the cheaper simpler option to me. Thanks!

Carl was so friendly and incredibly professional from the super-fast first response, multiple calls/texts before the job started to plan it, and then showing up on time and completing the work quickly and efficiently on the day! Carl texted to confirm booking, he also texted to say on his way and arrived when he said he would. He was very friendly and did a good job at a reasonable price, I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I did hire Carl for a Dishwasher installation and a Washing Machine location move. He was punctual to arrive and after looking at the work site, Carl explained me in detail about how the work would be done. During the Washing Machine move, there was an unexpected cabling issue as the wiring was concealed, but he came up with a solution to it. I got the work done with a professional way and he tidied up the area post the job. Happy to hire him again, if needed.

True to his trade name, Carl was very responsive. We discussed details of the work to be done, so he came prepared with the required piping. Perfect job, and he also gave some free advice on other plumbing issues. Would heartily recommend him, and will certainly use him again, in fact he is coming back later this week for a second job.
