I was very happy with the services that Roy provided. He went to great lengths to explain things to me. He is very knowledgeable in matters to do with building and planing legislation and his fees were reasonable. I would use Roy again and can highly recommend him.

Roy did a great job with the plans and gave me everything necessary for the council and building regulations - i'd happily recommend him to anyone else.

I had done quite a bit of research on choosing an architect and as we all aware it's not cheap so every pound counts and quite a few commented on the price that an architect found. I compared Roy's rates as what he was quoting was considerably less than what most were charging. I rang him, told him in more detail what I required. An appointment was made and Roy spent about three hours going over what I wanted. Within about two weeks I had my drawings e-mailed to me and Roy came over with hard copies for builders, council and myself. Could not fault him even if I tried. Now that I have had dealings with him, I am more than happy to recommend him.

Roy was really good in getting our drawings done quickly with a minimum of fuss. We had used someone previously to do some drawings for us and now I wished that I had found Roy earlier to get those drawings done by him as well. Would thoroughly recommend Roy and would have no hesitation in using him again.

After agreeing the arrangements for some extension drawings over the phone Roy came round that same week to discuss the project and take measurements. Less than two weeks later I had all the drawings and calculations I needed for the planning application. I thought the work he produced was outstanding and compared to some of the quotes I have had I am incredibly happy I went with him. Thank you Roy.

I used Roy to help with a single storey rear extension in drawing structural plans and completing and submitting all the PP and building regs as well as additional bits required by Thames Water. He was brilliant at keeping in touch from day 1 and arranged coming over for a visit and to discuss plans as soon as was convient for me. He came up with some great space saving plans and re-arranging of some existing ideas. Roy was super quick with drawing the plans and completing the paper work allowing me to get it all submitted to the council within a week of his first visit! Really lovely friendly service and quick! Whilst the job is not yet completed and I feel confident in Roys knowledge and willingness to help with any further problems and developments. Would most definetly recommend and use again!!!

Roy provided us with excellent advice, gave us ideas that we hadn't even thought of, he is VERY knowledgeable and helpful in every area. We received all the drawings within 24hrs. He has kept in contact throughout the whole process till the end. I was overwhelmed by his ideas and his promptness. He helped us with all the paperwork needed for the council and did this all for more than half the price of other architects ...would defiantly recommend him!!

Roy is a very nice guy and produced excellent plans for us very quickly. However, he promised to submit them to the council backing March but has never done this. Its now July and umpteen phone calls and messages later he has never responded and I am having to submit the plans to the council myself! This has wasted a lot of time when we could be having the builders in now if he had done as he promised. A shame because he is a very nice bloke.

Roy is a very pleasant gentleman and fitted us in the next day and attended the property twice to ensure things were right. We needed walls removed in the kitchen to make room for a larger kitchen and the bedrooms made larger by removing some under eaves walls. Roy advised us of what needed to be checked with building control and what didn't. He made this a very seamless and straightforward process. Will not hesitate to use him again. Thanks Roy.
