Looked on my builder, for someone to come out and look at my boiler. Had Farooq come out twice. He was really good, and tried lots of different things, to resolve the issue, and explained what he thought it might be, and everything else he tried, he'd tell me what he was hoping would work, but nothing would, so I will need a new boiler, it is about 16yrs old. I really appreciated all the effort Farooq, had made and would recommend him to anyone in the future.

I called Farooq one morning from my work place asking him if he could take a look at my boiler which wasn't working no heating and no hot water he came round as I got back from work and immediately started to look for the fault which he found in about 15 minutes he gave me the price to fix the fault / faults and came to my house the next day after ordering the parts to complete the job which was done promptly, professionally,and thorough,very polite and very reliable young man I would highly recommend Farooq if you need boiler repairs, installation or just servicing thanks farooq

10/10. Came out really quickly, very polite, friendly and knowledgable. Did the job quickly and even reduced the price on the quote as it ended up being a simpler job than expected. Would definitely recommend, and will use him again in the future.
