Paul is very efficient, friendly and helpful. He carried out my repair quickly, he needed to get a new thermostat which he went and got straight away and came back and fitted it, all done within the hour. Paul was very friendly and polite. He was able to locate the problem and explain it to me in simple terms, showing me what had happened. He cleaned out the plate heat exchanger which had gotten blocked and fixed the issue with the hot water being intermittent. His price was reasonable and he seemed honest, I didn't get the sense that he was trying to make more out of me than he needed. He's local too so I will definitely call on him again in future.
