My previous back door was not very attractive. Plus it let in a draught. Ian visited and proposed an all glass replacement. It looks good. I hope it will also improve energy efficiency in the winter, and its nice to have more sun in the summer. Phil and Dan fitted it. It only took them about 2 hours. They left the kitchen very tidy. The Fensa certificate - necessary to have when properties are sold, etc - took about 3 months to come through. Everything seems to be in order

Good experience overall. Good prices great quality fitting. Lovely windows and doors. Only marked down as communication after not great. Still waiting on a reply to a question. Also did discuss having restrictors on windows but there were none on installation as it's wasn't documented on paper. Nevertheless windows look fab. Would use again.

Ian came and quoted for the work. Two other people came and carried it out as planned, so we had to talk it through again but it was fine. The windows are exactly what I asked for and look nice.

The job was ended up in a poor experience with distress. I failed to see how this trader received these positive reviews. Poor communication and delayed fitting made me very concerned. Ian Gill actually did not come but subcontracted the job. When two people arrived today, they did not agree with my request of taking off shoes for my new carpet. No cover at all – ending up with dust all over the bathroom. I had to spend one hour touch everywhere of the bathroom, throwing towels and night gowns into the washing machine. What is worse – three pieces of tiles were broken and one tile was scraped with a damaged line. The worst? The left and right panes of the window are not symmetrical. I requested £200 off the quote for compensation. Ian refused initially, but I would not pay and hire a solicitor to handle. He agreed, but I still left with a situation of having to replace the unsymmetrical window again and finding a builder to repair the damaged tiles all at my cost.

Very pleased with the windows and also Ian. The work was carried out efficiently and with the minimum amount of disruption for the family living there and the windows look lovely. Would definitely use them again.

The door is beautiful and of very good quality. The team did the job quietly and professionally. They cleaned up nicely after finishing.
