Very disappointed with the service. I called them to fix an air leak in my door, but the issue was not resolved — in fact, it was made worse. The job took around 10 minutes, yet I was charged £100, which feels completely unjustified for the quality of work provided. Would not recommend.Answer from tradesperson:
Unfortunately the door was unrepairable as I instructed you the door wasn’t locking when we arrived in which we resolved the air gap we resolved the broken plastic at the bottom of the door in wick is not repairable as instructed a new door is required
