Had French doors and kitchen window renewed. Ian provided quote by phone and attended site in November to take measurements. Works were completed in January. Very satisfied with promptness of service. Communication with Ian was excellent throughout. Also very happy with the work themselves Fitters doing the installation turned up promptly and completed the works within four hours. Everything was very efficient and area was left clean and tidy with Ian attending on completion to check works and ensure we were happy. Would happily recommend Ian and his fitters.

Ian managed to fit our work in at relatively short notice whilst other building works were ongoing. He gave a competitive quote and managed to source or windows quickly. Would recommend.

Happy with windows. One was delivered with a broken trickle air vent but it was fixed within 3 days of installation. No deposit was required up front (a real plus!!!) and took 2 days to install all 7 windows. Be ready for a lot of mess. There was some damage to a few steps and walls but they were easily fixed with paint.

Ian came round to quote quickly , gave me the quote straight away(very good price) , no hard sales , when I decided to use him he came back to sort paper work quickly , gave me a rough fitting date which he stuck to . His fitters came , nice people , no nonsense got the job done to high standard , windows look great
