    Leak in roof
    The experience was quite stressful. Never turned up when said I has to keep chasing to see if he was coming. They wewr here for just over. And got charged well over the top. For 1 hours work - I understand it was urgent on my part as my partners autistic son was sleeping in the room below the issue. But I guess Lesson Learnt. Not everyone is out there to help without a price tag.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    We gave Mrs hood a quote she wanted it done asap so we rescheduled work to get this done for her once the job was done and the leak was repaired we then asked for payment of the invoice but Mrs hood then didn’t want to pay the price that was quoted because we were to quick doing the work unfortunately not everyone is to work for but Mrs hood didn’t pay the full invoice in the end we had to give a big discount. But I guess not everyone out there wants to PAY..

    Replace fascias, guttering and behind on 2-3m area
    Aside from a little mix-up on the start date everything from contact, to quote, to speed and quality of work was great. I would definitely use again.

    Tiles have slipped on gable end
    Fred came over straight away and was really helpful with my roof issue. Very courteous, explained everything and clearly very experienced in roofing work. Would not hesitate in going back to Fred at Proline Roofing!

    I have a spare tile need replacing on house roof.
    Very impressed, swift response with my request, even though my job was small they came the very next day as promised, the two lads who did the job were very polite, nothing was a problem to them they even cleared up the broken tile that smashed in peaces on my patio from the storm. I well recommend this company and I definitely will call on them if and when I need any building work in the future.

    Leaking pitched roof valley, 30 year old concrete tiles
    I had a leaking roof, with some damaged old tiles which were difficult to replace during covid. Fred was lightning quick in responding, and his guys completed a job that an other roofer turned down in short order. Would definitely recommend and would offer him a job again.

    Leaking tiled pitched roof
    Outstanding professional and neat. The job is part way through completion but nothing i am not happy with.
