Experience was positive overall! Giorgio was professional throughout. However, there was a last minute price increase as Giorgio says he was given the wrong address by MyBuilder so check with him that he has the right address before proceeding.

We didn't use Prime Electrics for power connection to outbuilding but used Giorgio to relocate and upgrade a consumer unit and his service was excellent.

Giorgio and his team did a great job in the time recommended, brought in a good carpenter when needed and delivered what they promised.

Giorgio responded immediately after shortlisting and was clear about what needs to be done, his colleague Fatmir has completed the job and Giorgio did the final inspection after completion. They were on time, polite,knowledgeable and did a good job.

Very good communication with Georgio, he suggested alternative electric radiators which were then promptly installed by Fatmir. The job was done very professionally and clean, would definitely hire again.

Giorgio carried out a subcontracting weekend call out for us. Despite the customer messing us around, he attended on time and updated the office.

Highly recommended. Giorgio is extremely professional, competent and personable. Hired partly on price but he gave us confidence in his abilities. Efficient but not pushy. Work comprised an update to 50 year old fuse panel replaced with new consumer panel to comply with landlords ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CERTIFICATE. Giorgio's communication skills are excellent explaining the what and why of his actions. Quote accurately reflected final invoice. Could not be happier, would definitely use Prime Electrics again.

Prime Electrics were excellent. Prompt, responsive, friendly, knew what they were doing and explained it all clearly in a way that I fully understood what was happening and what the electrical requirements were. I am very happy with the end result and got them back a second time for some bigger things.
