Roy was brilliant. Came and assessed the job on Thursday for which we agreed to Price. Roy Arrived early on Friday and cracked on with the works. It turned out that the job was slightly bigger than we originally agreed. Roy communicated the additional work and we agreed a price and Roy worked until the job was done. Can’t fault him.

Very happy with the job he done an extra job while he was here roy was very efficient came with a quote very quick very friendly and informative on what he was doing all through out the job great customer service will definitely recommend roy

Excellent communication. Listened to what we thought the problem was and then had a look himself to check the issue. Thankfully Roy was able to fit us in quickly.

Roy responded immediately to the ad, came round within 2 days and had it done the next. Was very good about making sure the aesthetics were right and took the time to move tiles around to blend them in. Really decent man to deal with. Would definitely recommend and rehire.
