Turned up when agreed, did a good job, tidied up afterwards, no complaints

One word to sum Roy and his brother up has to be PERFECTION, out of all the things we've had done this year, Roy came up and made it look like a family visit, from the day visited for quoting, up until finish, they did a spot on job recreating our chimney breast, repointed nicely and even sorted out our leading from a previous worker, no questions asked they pay attention to every detail and see your vision and pull it off, all through the work you could hardly even tell they were here, no shouting or swearing and even cleaned up their mess. Honestly can't fault anything at all and before you ask I didn't get discount for this review, its an honest review, definitely recommended and would use again in the future. Thanks for your hard work lads and the amazing finish, it's been much appreciated and was nice meeting you.

Agreed price and he started the job on the Monday with another guy, started off well. After 2 hours said that his mate hurt his leg and promised to come back and finish the job at the end of the week. At the end of the week no show and no answers to phone call just before the end of the week. All last week tried calling everyday and left messages, he did not reply or answer the phone. As other have said he's unreliable so be careful!! John

Roy and his colleague were professional to deal with throughout and I'm very happy with their repointing work, which was priced competitively as well. They cleaned up after themselves and any questions I had were dealt with quickly and honestly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Mr Dutton came quickly to assess for a quote. Quote accepted. Due to circumstances beyond his control he was unable to work on the date given but let me know when he was able to come. He came as arranged and did a wonderful job on the wall, he also did an extra job whilst here. The work was completed on the same day and he cleaned up extremely well. I will not hesitate to ask him if I need any future work doing. Mary
