Pat and team spent 9 weeks renovating every part of my 2 bed flat. I’m very happy with the building work, electrics, plumbing, carpentry and tiling completed by a team of tradesmen. The renovation wasn’t without its minor hiccups but everyone was friendly, communication with Pat was usually great, the price kept relatively in line with the original quote, and I’m very happy with the final result. We used Pat and his team to remove two doors to our living room and replace with a single door, making use of the existing skirting and other materials. We also had an internal arch wall removed from the hallway. It took just over 4 days for the the complete work including plastering and electrics and both jobs where done to a high level of workmanship. We were really pleased with the results and the would definitely use Pat again if the needed arises.

Overall a positive experience with everyone friendly, eager to do a good job and responsive to any comments or concerns. There are four or five splits in the boards I have since noticed which I'm not happy about but overall a very good standard of work has been achieved and I would hire Pat and his team again for any future work.

Really pleased with the work done. On time, as quoted and dealt with delays in the building inspector coming out to see the work. Would gladly use again and recommend to others.
