Wael arrived 10mins early for today's appointment for a quote. He gave me a very reasonable price for exactly what I wanted, which was to supply all materials a fit to my specifications. He asked me when I would like the job done, I advised ASAP. He said it would take about 4 hours and he could do it straight away. So I engaged his services. 3.5 hours later Wael had finished. He tested everything thoroughly before tidying his tools away, he had a good sweep up, leaving the job site as clean and tidy as it was when he arrived. Wael was polite, professional, always checking with me first, making sure he did exactly what I wanted. I would happily recommend Wael to do whatever anyone required of him. He was very good at what he does, always keeping me the customer informed of his progress. A very nice man. I still can't believe the job is already completed to my entire satisfaction. Thank you Wael and thank you Checkatrade.
