    Damp problem

    Joseph was helpful through the whole process. He came to do to look at the property and gave two quotes for the damp works. Quote advised would take two days but actually took one day which was good. Workmen were polite and cleaned up pretty well. Overall happy with service and would recommend.

    Rising damp

    Terrible job. Plastering was an abortion

    This lady is a con artist,even though this was a rented property, we completed the job to our usual standards, which as you can see from our feedback has always been first class, she made up all types of excuses and never paid us for the works completed which was nearly a year ago and then makes a comment like this, it is totally wrong, but this is a review system site and does give us a chance to answer back.

    Damp proof survey as mortgage condition

    Joseph was very accommodating, going to our property and supplying the report on very short notice he couldn't have been more helpful.

    Damp Issue Required Attention

    It was a hassle free to let out the work for Trident Damp (Joseph). The workman has carried out the work professionally and due diligently. I have no worried with them and confident with Joseph, he was very helpful and informative as well as good communicator. He has resolve the damp issue for me with minimal distractive to the tenant. Highly recommended and will definitely get in touch in future if work required.

    Inspection and possible damp proofing

    We asked Joseph to inspect and quote for some damp proofing work on a house we're in the process of buying. He was thorough and professional, and took the time to explain various things we didn't understand over the phone. Altogether, we were very impressed. We have no doubt we'll commission him to do the work when the purchase is completed.

    Quote for damp proofing a victorian ground floor flat

    Pleased with the work joseph did, was completed early and he pointed out issues with the joists, which he then fixed and only charged for the material. Although his quote was more expensive than others, his assessment of what was required was the better than others and he did a very good job plus cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend.

    Damp under bay window, fron wall, mid terrace Victorian

    Joseph and his team were excellent. They arrived on time, they were courteous and tidy, they worked quickly and efficiently and kept the mess and disruption to the absolute minimum. The job cost the same as quoted, which was very reasonable.
