Trident Damp reviews (317)

Nice people, great job & price - good on all fronts. Received guarantee quickly after the works were completed.

When first contacted Joseph came round promptly to my parent's house to view the job. He then followed it up with a detailed quote. Joseph and his colleague were able to carry out the works shortly after which they did very efficiently and to high standard.

Joseph and his team completed the work faster than originally estimated and have done a very good job. An additional area of work which only appeared part way through was also completed, for just a small extra cost and at a later date convenient for us which was very accommodating. Great communication with regular updates, guarantee and satisfaction check ups following completion. We are very happy with everything and would recommend Joseph to others.

Joseph and his team undertook damp proofing of my hallway and kitchen following purchase of a Victorian property in 2014. The job was quick and effective. In early 2015 I had kitchen renovations undertaken by another firm in which a doorway partition was removed and the wall patched up with inappropriate render. Damp surfaced within weeks of the work completed. Joseph returned twice to remediate the problem left by the builders even though this was not connected to his original work. He is a knowledgeable, honest tradesman that charges fair prices and importantly understands older London buildings. I have no hesitation recommending him

Good work, good communication and job completed to a high standard

Punctual and good communication, quality of the work seems to be of a high standard and work area was left clean. Also very happy to answer a query I had once the work was done.

Great communicator and the work was carried out prior to the original date requested. Would highly recommend!

Joe and the guys were great; fast, tidy and skilled. Recommended.

Very pleased - job done as agreed, finished to a high standard. Good workers, polite, tidy, helpful. 10/10 - no complaints at all.

Joseph completed the survey promptly and communicated well the whole time to let me know what was happening. Report received promptly too.
