Excellent service! Joseph contacted me very promptly and arranged a convenient time to survey the damp in my flat. After inspecting the mould, he advised me that my problem was due to condensation and that I did not require a damp-proofing course. I really appreciated his honesty, especially as another damp company had told me that I needed to pay for tanking, extensive replastering and a new ceiling! In addition to this, Joseph provided me with some useful information on how to prevent condensation build-up, and sent me over a link to purchase the correct sort of extractor fan. He even wrote me up a summary of his survey upon request. Fantastic customer service - highly recommended.
