Had a problem with a leaking roof, got 4 different contractors in who gave very different solutions. We chose Paul James Roofing as their solution was the most plausable and they had a good knowledge of roofing issues. They also looked at some other issues we had and provided a range of quotes for different options which suited us well. They were available to do the work within a few days and completed the work quickly. The leak was fixed on first attempt. All this at a very competitive price. We are using them again to do some seperate insulation work. Couldn't be happier with their work.

After advertising the job I was contacted pretty swiftly and Paul organised to visit at a convenient time, which allowed some discussion about the repair. Having given a quote for an agreed price, Paul followed this up with a written quote and then having asked for a certain day for the work to be done, Paul agreed, arrived, carried out the work and that was that! Looks a whole lot tidier and better than before with enhanced insulation, all as Paul's suggestion. No surprises, just did what he said he would, at the price quoted, on the arranged day/time and speedy as well. Just what needed!!

I couldn't be happier with the service from Paul, I was at work when he came to view the job in question and when he came carry out the work, but he was happy to arrange with my parents and got the job done quickly and at a very good price. Honest and reliable, I'd gladly recommend.
