Review left on 1 Oct 2024Rating: 4 out of 5Fix an issue with guttering to fix leak. Pictures to follow.(Updated on 8 Oct 2024)I paid £2300 for a flat roof. Everything fine until my tenant called today I left a message at 12:57 to say the repair had failed. No reply to phone call at 16:28 this afternoon. Previous work was fine so I am disappointed with poor service Edit followed after 8pm today At 17:56pm I got this message from PB roofing: "I’ve just seen this message I’m away at my parents until Friday" Everyone is entitled to a holiday. I will try and find someone to do the work. If I can't find a roofer: PB roofing have said they will fix by Tuesday at the latest. EDIT BELOW on 8.10.24 Patrick called over today and found the roof was fine. The issue was the pointing which he fixed for no charge.Review from Heather, Wallsend Heather, Wallsend
