We have used Patrick previously. I think it's great that he gets up on the roof, takes pictures to show you what the problem is. Was able to repoint the valley same day. Always polite, timely and conscientious. Great that you can pay using debit/credit card. Highly recommend.

Patrick was very quick to reply to my panic call via checkatrade. He turned up the next day, put My mind at rest and did the work in a highly professionally manner, and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend him and will definitely use him again.

Despite the large number of positive feedback on the site please be aware. I hired Patrick to install a GRP roof on my new extension. I had 2 large roof lanterns despite both of these being in the job description Patrick charged me an additional £50 for extra trims as the ones he were going to for would have left a 100mm gap to the glass. Patrick told me to leave the installation of the fascia boards until they had completed the roof. When it came to fitting the fascia there was nowhere near enough gap left to fit these, all the trims had to be cut off and new fitted. Charged an extra £120 for this. The roof leaked a lot. Patrick came back to recover a very large section, the recover has been done to a very poor standard, sections had not had a top coat applied. Despite asking that all resin drip marks be sanded out I'm have countless marks that have been left. Roof leaked for a second time, when inspected an area underneath the soil pipe had not been covered properly. The flashings had not been pointed correctly, had to fix this myself. Patrick returned again and filled the leak with a silicone rather than fixing correctly. Raised roof lanterns not finished correctly for the sake of installing 8 £5 pre formed corner mitres. Very poor quality of work, no care or attention to detail. Extremely disappointed.
