Chimney & Roof Repair
Patrick responded promptly to our enquiry and carried out the work with 3 days. He kept in regular contact by telephone & text. The work he carried out was to a very good standard; he also sent photos of the work during and after it was completed.

Re Fix loose roof tile, possible re pointing of ridges
100% Positive Feedback!! Job estimated and completed all within 24 hours of it being reported. Patrick rang me the night before to tell me he would come the next morning between 10.00 and 12.00 to carry out the estimate. I then received a text from him at 9.30 the next morning to say he would be with me within half an hour. When I showed him the job he advised me exactly what needed to be done and quoted me a very reasonable price for the work. What staggered me next was he said he could do the job straight away!! The work was all done and completed within the hour and he then gave me a full visual inspection of the work he had done giving me a detailed receipt and 12 month guarantee for the work carried out. I would recommend Patrick to anyone who is looking for roof repairs...

Tile replacement
