Patrick kept me updated on his arrival time, and when he arrived he assess the job and gave me a reasonable quote so I instructed the work immediately. Patrick pick up tiles needed for the job and completed the work within a couple of hours. He kept me informed of how the work was progressing and explained everything he had done once job was completed. I found Patrick and his colleague very polite and carried out their work diligently and I was very pleased with the finished result, so much so that I asked him to look at my daughter's roof along the road which he did and repaired the same day. I would have no problem in recommending Patrick to anyone as I found him more the competent in doing various roof work.

Patrick got back to me within a couple of hours of posting the ad, he turned up the next morning, diagnosed the problem and carried out the work. Great communication throughout, very friendly. Would recommend to anyone.
