Review left on 4 Oct 2023Rating: 1 out of 5Possible faulty switch on communal boardHad a fault on switch/communal board.Engineer tightened up the connections on the breaker but didn’t check electrics on the circuit before leaving. They didn’t work. My father in law had to loosen them a little before electrics would work. Not sure what I paid for.Answer from tradesperson:
This is more than a little disappointing for you to post negative feedback in this manner without even mentioning to me that there was a problem. Had you called to say that there was still a problem, I would happily have sent an engineer back to rectify the situation.

Review left on 5 Sep 2023Rating: 1 out of 5Epc & eicr certificate(Updated on 6 Sep 2023)Extremely Expensive!!! Worse Experience at my builder this time. EICR certificate wasn't satisfactory after paying £180, so I have ask once all problem has been fixed can you come out and check again and he wanting another £120. Call another electrician from reputed company and actually doesn't required any work and EICR was satisfactory in £119 only. So I have ended up wasting £180 what passfm Ltd has charged me first place. Absolutely shocking experience. Never using my builder again. Contacted my builder and they can't do anything about it, which is ever more disappointing.Answer from tradesperson:
We charged £150 + VAT for the EICR which is broadly in line with industry norms and far from expensive. I can't help the fact that the Chancellor added £30 to our bill. Cable entry holes in the top of the consumer unit were big enough to get fingers through, which is a C2 departure from BS7671 and anyone who tells you different is wrong. There was also a damaged bathroom accessory which is also a C2 departure. Photos of these were provided. We do not check other people's work. You were at complete liberty to have another contractor carry out the required remedial work but it is their responsibility to certificate their work, not ours at to do at zero cost. It's extremely disappointing that you feel the need to publish negative feedback in an attempt to slur our reputation without even speaking to us first

Review left on 9 Aug 2023Rating: 5 out of 5No electricity through socketElectrician came out promptly. He responded really quickly to my advert posting too. He was polite and friendly and was able to diagnose the issue straight away. He replaced our socket which kept on shorting and we've had no issues since. We work from home so having our electricity off for any length of time is a bit of an issue but he completed it in minutes.
