Jake is absolutely fantastic, he came and viewed the project and explained exactly how it would all be carried out - very knowledgeable and just a genuinely nice person to deal with - my pipes look amazing now very neatly done. Jake was chosen for the job and Im extremely glad he was. He was professional, knowledgeable and diligent. He found a 3mbar drop in pressure which I was totally unaware of and which I will have to sort out at a later date. Jake was on time, used covid precautions and provided me with all the ID I needed. I am generally a very cautious person after being being conned before by someone on a similar site. However JAKE reaffirmed my faith back in using these worksites again!!!!. The work was to move the internal pipe . Run it outside then reconnect it to the gas box once SGN reposition it to the new outside relocation. Jake was very professional from start to finish.. He came did his pre work to a very good standard.He then came back at the agreed date and time to complete the reconnection of the internal pipe outside after SGN gas works had completed their external work. Even in the dark and raining Jake ensured that he got the job completeled and checked and rechecked very thing to ensure all was save and that I was able to use the gas that evening. I would defo recommend him. Very pleased.
