Orlando responded very quickly to the job (same day) and completed it very fast and professionally. He gave me some tips on how to protect yourself from electricity and circuits. I have been very happy and satisfied with his levels of professionalism.

It saddens me that I am leaving Orlando a negative feedback. The main reason is because Orlando and myself agreed that I would receive a 10 year EICR rather than a 5 year EICR so on that basis I gave him my business. At the end he gave me a 5 year EICR and when I questioned why it wasn't a 10 year EICR his reply via text message was: 'Well it's not me blame the NAPIT or the NICEIC that's what the standards are'. So clearly he knows what the standards are which in turn contradicts what he agreed with me via text message and Mybuilder.com messages. If Orlando was aware that it was indeed a 5 year EICR then it was disingenous to accept the job. If he was not aware then it was unprofessional. Sadly I cannot recommend him.

Orlando Arrived less than 2 hours after he first contacted us. He was friendly, polite and completed the change with skill, precision and minimal mess which he cleaned up before departing. His charge was more than acceptable, we will us him again and recommend his service without reservation.

Orlando did a bunch of jobs for me, from moving sockets to installing and removing lighting fixtures. All were done quickly and, in the case of the lights, in a way that left minimal damage behind (was expecting a bit!). He was a courteous worker too - shoes off in the house and questions and clarifications along the way - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Orlando arrived on time as promised and did everything he said he would. I was very pleased with the results and he did a great job. Thoroughly decent man who explained everything before, during and after but also listened to my requirements/input. Would 110% recommend. I wouldn't hesitate in commissioning him in future.
