Although they arrived on time, two left to collect materials, whilst leaving a third to get started. As they came, got on the roof and then gave us a quote, this part did not worry me at all, even though they came in a car rather than a work van. When they got onto the roof, they couldn't pin point the exact spot where the rain was getting in but did see parts that needed repairing so did those, hoping that with doing that they would also sort out the leakage. When they removed old felt from the dormer, it was found that the wood underneath was rotten as well, so they fixed that also, as not in original quote, extra was added to the quote but only after they agreed it with us. I have left it till now to leave feedback due to waiting for heavy rainfall again. He has fixed half the job but not all. I texted him to tell him of this and have been completely ignored. The irony is, he had already said that we might need a complete new roof, so I was going to give him the job if it was a reasonable quote, like the last one was. IF you only want minor work doing, then yes Billy is possibly alright for the work. However if it is going to be a big job, or if you need to call him back, don't give him the contract. Or else, like us, you will probably be ignored.

Arrived punctually and dealt with the task efficiently. Our main concern, however, was that they smoked cigarettes on our property without discussion, and dropped cigarette ends on the pavement outside our house. I did not mention this to them as they seemed to regard it as normal behaviour.

Very happy. They all worked very hard in hot conditions today to leave me with a lovely front lawn. Immaculate clean up after as well. Highly recommended.
