Delighted with this job. Nigel and Jimmy came early, they were very pleasant guys and carried out this work quickly and efficiently. My home was left clean and tidy and my husband and I are both very impressed by the quality of workmanship.

I had had a couple of quotes for the work to be done and Nigel from NTB came in with a decent quote and was very confident of what needed to be done. The work seems to have done the trick so far, however the finish of the plastering isn't great and the work wasn't completed behind the radiator in the bay window. The back room wall is left with a visible line down the middle where the 2 pieces of plaster board do not match up and some of the joining mesh is showing through. The same wall developed 2 large circular marks on it. Nigel came out and reassured me that this was simply the adhesive used behind the board coming through. Since I have painted it the stains are still visible meaning a 3rd coat of paint is necessary. As some other people have commented, I had to get rid of the waste myself, however I was informed of this before the work started. I did find Nigel to be very polite and very good at communicating and the work was done quickly.

Very impressed and pleased with Nigel and his team. They carried out a damp course and some repairs on our roof, they did it whilie we were on holiday. We came back and it was all done and clean. Would reccomend Nigel and his team to anybody. They are efficient, clean and honest thank you.

Nigel and team were friendly, knowledgeable, quoted a reasonable price, turned up on time and did a good job. Genuinely good tradesman, which is becoming increasingly rare to find these days.

I was delighted with the job Nigel and the team did, they were prompt, polite, tidy, stuck to time and budget. The work is to a great standard I would happily use Nigel again and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Very pleased with the work done, Nigel and his team were prompt, trustworthy and worked hard leaving every where clean, we made the right choice.!

Arrived 45 minutes early which is always a good sign. Explained exactly what he was going to do. I asked him to do a few extra little jobs while he was here which he did without hesitation. Work was to a really good standard and rubbish was taken away as well. Also washed his own coffee cups 😀😀😀 I would highly recommend Nigel and his team
