Nigel and his team were very prompt in coming out for a quote and were able to slot me in with other jobs realtively easily given the rush for work after lockdown! The rising damp issue was explained in leymans terms and the resolution was straightforward. On the day, the wall repair and new dpc was completed in very good time. The works area was left in a very tidy state. Just waiting for the plaster to dry off before giving the wall a lick of paint!
