A great project well built and well finished.
Richard and his team have done a fabulous job. i ended up getting Richard to carry out a full refurbishment including structural work to replace the ceiling and joists to back of the house, remove chimneys, divide walls as well as full redecoration. New plumbing, New wiring, new kitchen and two new bathrooms.
Richard is a hard working, very realistic and and dare i say honest guy.. There were a number of unkowns with the size of this project and Richard gave me ball park figures for these costs before we started the job. Once we had exposed the house the unknowns could be seen, I was always shown the issue, the options of what can be done and a fair quote each time. if there was something that he had quoted for that no longer needed to be done, then he would add this back to me. Some builders would try and screw you on the extras but Richard gave me what i believe is a fair price. The finishing work was especially pleasing. The two bathrooms are a quality job. Well done Richard, Mario and the rest of the team.
