Great job, detailed and clearly wanted to get a good finished by advising us on all options. Slightly on the expensive side but it was a high quality finish. Able to do what ever we asked and he was flexible.

Helpful and professional service

Klemend was very professional and very clean working, mostly arrived on time, would definitely use again. A good job at a price I was happy with he did some extra work at a price we agreed. All in all excellent service - thank you.

I highly recommend Klemend, whom we hired for a short-notice bathroom rebuild from the ground up. Inside two weeks, Klemend and his team stripped out the bathroom, replaced joists, installed a new floor, replaced the bathroom fittings and retiled the floor and walls to a high standard. Klemend is thoroughly professional, multi-skilled, no-nonsense and unflappable. His communication and reliability were excellent and he shared his wisdom when he had to. He coped with delays caused by our short-notice ordering of the new fittings and solved problems without taking shortcuts. And he kept to his quote and delivered on time. The result is a bathroom we can rely on for years to come and which is a vast improvement visually. Thanks Klemend.

Klemend arrived when he said and told us exackly what he was going to be doing, from removing the old path to levelling and sealing and asking us how we wanted the tiles. He has done a wonderful job, very happy with my path way and my porch area, they look amazing.

Klemend finished Tiling my 2 walls bathroom, inside a ground floor flat 2 weeks ago and the results are truly amazing. Klemend worked by himself and delivered on time 5 days. He has high skill in plumbing as well. He reconnected the toilet and made sure there was no leaks. Klemend redirected the sink pipe and boxed in then tiles which looked much better than before. Klemend was friendly so it was easy to worked with him. His prices are also very competitive and fair. Happy with his job and will ask him to provide me a quote for any job in the future.

He is a really good easy person to deal with. We have not seen the finished job jet as we are travelling abroad, but he has sent many pictures and it looks fantastic. Good man to deal with, we would recommend him to anyone and use him again ourselves.

Klem was great he was very prompt, clean and professional. He was also on budget and very enjoyable to work with. We had a full bathroom fitted to a high spec which he did very well. He dealt well with our high expectations with a good sense of humour, definitely needed at times. He also refitted our kitchen floor and there were some unexpected costs due to the nature of the job which I thought Klem was fair about. We were a bit difficult as we didn’t have everything ready to fit at once and also we are quite visual so like to see things in the context of the room as we go before we make a final decision. To make things run smoother, at times Klem could be a bit more flexible when things don’t go exactly to plan! Also due to the nature of both of our Jobs we struggled to answer the phone in the day. Klem is the expert on site so it would have helped at the beginning if he had been really clear every night with what needs to be done and agreed the next day. That said we soon found our feet and these were only two small areas. We would definitely recommend Klem and have already done so. As he always says ‘there’s 100 ways to do things but only 1 way is the right way!’. We will be using him again (if he can bare to use us...) 😊

Klemend Zeqaj of Westcott Elite builders has just finished Tiling my whole bathroom, inside a ground floor flat and the results are truly amazing. As soon as he arrived he immediately noticed that the previous installion plumber had made errors on the shower base, drainage pipe.. He took charge of the situation , by digging into the concrete floor to build a trench to accomadate a drainage shower valve . This drainage valve was attached to a new pipe that led straight through the wall and into the outside drain . I believe that most Tilers would have continued tiling the floors and walls without highlighting this major error. Thankfully I saved me , a big problem in the future. His finished Tiling work is immaculate and executed with great precision and attention to the smallest detail. I jokingly warned him at the beginning that I'm a perfectionist and I would be scrutinising his work at the end . But I can truly say, that I could not find any fault with his work . He takes great pride in workmanship and has a conscientious attitude. My bathroom has been beautifully transformed and I am overjoyed with the result . I would have no hesitation in recommending klemend to anyone, thinking of either installing a new bathroom from beginning or just re-tiling. His prices are also very competitive and fair , compared to some much higher quotes, that I had been given before he arrived.
