Answer from tradesperson:
I must first apologise for James receiving the cancelation notice late as I was in an area with a limited signal and I hadn't noticed the text hadn't sent as I have two mobile phones. James agreed to a written quotation a few days ago then the day before the job he changed the size of the Ccu and added two extractor fans to the job. I gave him the price for the additional work including some extras I was willing to do for free and he was not happy to pay the price and threatened to go with another electrician. After our conversation he still didn't give any confirmation he was happy to go ahead. I gave James a really good deal and the prices for the additional works where not unreasonable.Me and James couldn't come agree to terms.
