I would first like to take time to thank Ganesh for taking the time to leave feedback.It is always unfortunate when things don’t go as planned.All certification was sent to Ganesh the same evening in pdf format, as per company policy.A quotation was also sent the same evening by email in pdf format for the works required for the property to pass the EICR inspection .Ganesh’s property didn’t pass the EICR inspection and upon receipt of this information he became aggressive and verbally abusive.Despite my best effort’s to explain things to Ganesh, he wasn’t interested in arranging a time and date to carry out the remedial works or listening to anything I was trying to explain to him.Here at MMC electrical services we have a zero tolerance policy with regards to any aggressive or abusive behaviour.Although I couldn’t speak to Ganesh on the telephone,I still maintained communication with him.He then agreed to the remedial works and has now received his satisfactory EICR certificate.Evidence can be provided upon request for your reassurance, that clearly shows everything was done as per agreements agreed between Ganesh and MMC electrical services.The pass or fail nature of the EICR reports can sometimes cause some customers to become angry or aggressive when there property fails.This sometimes results in a negative review.Which is not always an accurate reflection of the actual services received.Please see reviews from hundreds on satisfied customers.
