At canterbury electrical customer satisfaction is or number one priority. I am sorry that Ms wheeler was not satisfied with the service she received. I was hired to complete a second fix on a bathroom consisting of down lights , light above mirror switches and a shower with full certification. On arrival to site the shower was not plumbed in as agreed and it was explained and understood by the customer I don't offer any plumbing services. It was then agreed that I would need to return at another date to complete the electrical connection for the shower and there will be and additional charge for the revisit as the shower was meant to be ready for connection. Ms Wheeler agreed to this with out any issues. After the rest of the job was completed the customer was shown the finished job and the configuration of the lights and she was more than satisfied with the work. After a couple of days Ms Wheeler messaged me requesting for the lights to be reconfigured differently, so a quotation was provided for the additional work which was very competitive. The customer was happy with the job and the configuration off the lights when I left site .But unfortunately Ms Wheeler wasn't happy to pay for the extra alterations. So there was nothing more I could do for this customer.
