Malcolm was great. He came immediately after accepting the job. He did a great job fixing a seat bidet. Everything is working like it should. He is fast and thorough and very friendly. He even sent a message on the next day to follow through and make sure that everything is working as it should. His price is also very reasonable. We will definitely use him again if we needed to.
