Posted my repair job on Friday afternoon and Steve from Reliable Roofing contacted me within 15 mins, said he would come to give me a quote at 10am Saturday morning, turned up on time, then came back at 9:30am Sunday morning in very windy conditions and replaced and fitted the ridge tile. Excellent service. Initially there was a confusion over what was required. The tradesman came back and made the changes at no cost to me. His reputation clearly matters more to him than a few pounds. It's called standards. Would recommend.
