After building a large log cabin as a machine workshop the one thing I never mess with is electrics, so after a lot of research to find out how it should be wired from the house correctly my sparky search began and I finally booked MDE Electrical as Mike had quoted only on exactly what I knew was needed, was clear and precise and quoted at an unsociable time that suited me. Great start, the quoted price was very fair and lower end of where I expected it be for a good electrician, I had much lower quotes and rejected them as to me that meant cowboy sparky. Work started and Mike and work mate were brilliant, replaced house consumer unit, armoured cable through 9” brick, under ground to cabin, RC box, 8 sockets fitted, 2 light fittings and most important certificate of inspection, testing and safety provided at end. This was achieved in one day as that’s all I had and Mike worked through dinner and part of tea time to get all this done in time and all it cost me extra was some kit kats and wagon wheels I had to force on them out of guilt. So Job completed and I couldn’t be happier with end result, bill was exactly as quoted with no hidden add ons, not even for extra hours put in, and once gone took hoover to clear dust from where drilled through brick in house, there was none. It was like they hadn’t been there, looked in garden and same, like magic everything had vanished and was able to let dog straight out again. I will now only use Mike moving forward. Totally recommend.
