    Rewire 3 bed semi detached (1930) house in Garston
    Mike and his team did a great job with the rewire. Very friendly and great communications throughout. Competitive price and will definitely use again.

    2x smoke alarms and light need fitting in Padgate
    Job not completed as contractor told me he would be there at 3.30pm. He then changed to 5pm on the day after I contacted him. He apparently got to the property at 5.30pm but did not call me to attend the property as agreed. Really disappointed at such an unreliable tradesperson.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    I honestly cannot believe you have given me a negative comment for this. I told you I would be at the property after 3.30 probably closer too 5, which you said was fine as there would be someone in after 3.30. I then got too the property at 5.30 and there was no one in so I tried contacting you to which there was no answer. I then posted a card with the tenant with my contact details on which you new about. I then text you to tell you I had been I couldn’t get in and would happily come back on the Saturday or the Sunday too do the job. I’m sorry if I have inconvenienced you but I really don’t know what more I could of done.

    Lighting repair
    Arrived on time, inspected the lighting and undertook the repair with no fuss. Would call again if I need an electrician.

    Replace fuse box
    All works completed to a high standard, workplace left clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend for electrical works.
