I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The communication and speed of work were both top-notch from start to finish. What really stood out was their flexibility; they were incredibly accommodating when it came to adapting to changes I requested mid-project. They were also very considerate of the other work I had going on at the time, ensuring everything stayed on track without any added stress. The crew was friendly and professional, and they made sure to leave the site in a spotless state once the job was done. Highly recommended!

Michael came out to site the same day I posted the job, gave me a fair price and his lads landed the next day. All work was done to a high standard and the job was left clean and tidy. Would 100% use again.

We had our roof replaced by MCM Roofing, who claim to offer a 10-year guarantee. When we first reported a leak, they came to inspect but did not actually go onto the roof. They found a damp spot in the roof space that we had previously identified and shown them, and debris in the gutters, which they admitted was left from their work. They suggested the lead might be causing the leak, but no proper inspection of the roof itself was carried out. They attempted a repair, but the issue was not resolved. The water is clearly coming from the roof itself, yet they now refuse to take responsibility, instead blaming a nearby window that has never had a problem. We even sent them a video showing water pouring through the top of the window box and the outside of the window where they claim the leak is coming in — there is no water coming over the guttering or fascias by that window. Another builder, who is doing different work on the property, inspected and confirmed that the leak is most likely
