Marlon carried out the EICR on 2 tenanted flats. One of the flats I wasnt able to get the access required for the electrical cupboard for the day scheduled and Marlon was very understanding of my error. We arranged the job for another day where he identified some small remedial work to be completed (for a small amount) and I got the EICR promptly. The second flat was straight forward and the job was completed without hassle. Marlon was no nonsense and very fair in his quote and demonstrated a good understanding of the requirements for a landlord. He didnt try to overcharge me for unnecessary extras that other electricians have done in the past. I would be using him again for any electrical work on other properties and have recommended him to other landlord friends.

Marlon was the best decision I'd made all week. His professionalism and courtesy was outstanding, spotting pitfalls and making me aware of the unnecessary costs and how we could best avoid the expense. Best of all, he communicated the problems to my partner and I in language we could understand without speaking down to us. I highly recommend Marlon, he does go out of his way to make sure any electrical issues aren't tedious.

Marlon carried out EICR checks on three tenanted flats. One tenant commented that "the electrician was very good". In one case Marlon noticed a fail fault before starting the test and corrected it for a small additional fee so that the flat then passed. I would highly recommend him. He was very responsive and communication was excellent. The certificates arrived promptly by Email.
