    fitting a door
    Extremely disappointed, Mark came and gave extensive advice /recommendations and a price list to complete the job. Then I've just been messaging and texting for a date and time and I got nothing. Not even an excuse or a reason for his behaviour?? A complete letdown and I don't understand why?? If you couldn't or didn't want to complete the job just say so!! It would save a great deal of time and headache.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Hi Sarah, I'm sorry I wasn't aware that you was trying to contact me regarding any further works. The original job was to fit 4 internal doors at your property however when I arrived to fit them, you were asking me to fit second hand, wrong handed doors that were three inches too big in width and two inches in height, I'm sorry this simply can't be done. This to due to dowels and fixing in the door being cut off as I have previously explained. You could really do with fitting new doors that are the correct size for a good result. I feel disappointed that after the time I spent explaining this to you and the fuel cost to call to your property that you have provided negative feedback to me however this is your choice.     4 doors and skirting boards fitted

    Replace interior doors

    Mark is a professional and conscientious worker. His communication skills are good and he kept us up to date on every detail throughout. He always got back to us when he said he would and was prompt and reliable. He fitted the 3 interior doors in our home and when we had a few problems with one of the doors he arranged a further visit to re-fit another door. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

    Fiiting of external timber columns

    Good job at a fair price. Good communication from a reliable Tradesman. I would use Mark again in the future.

    replace two damaged floorboards in hallway
    I was very pleased with Mark's quick response and his ability to deal with my floorboard problem. He charged a reasonable price and the whole issue was dealt with within 36 hours of my job posting.

    Door trimming needed

    Great job thanks Mark, no complaints. I asked and he did. Was simple, quick and very professional job. I know who to call next time and will definitely recommend.
