Mark came at the time promised, discussed the options, gave a good quote, and carried out the job with no fuss or problems. He had to work in a tiny unpleasant crawl space under the floor but he did so effectively, and has cured the problem of a saggy squeaky floor without disrupting the new kitchen above. I would highly recommend him and would not hesitate to call on him again. A+++++ worker.
