Not very well. I had to get a professional in to fix the job after receiving a text that mark was no longer working. I still have to get a professional in to fix the floorboards which were new 1000 pounds wasted.

Mark and his team went above and beyond with this job! Calling on one of the coldest & wettest days this winter, they firstly worked on the jobs at hand inside my house. Diagnosing the problem with my bowed floor, they quickly set about its repair, which involved pulling up laminate flooring and checking all surrounding floorboards & joists were sound. Day 2 was a brighter day and so the external work was completed quickly and efficiently. They were all such hard workers, not even stopping for a brew!! They completed two long hard days and have finally fixed the damp issue that I have had several other tradesmen look at (and clearly not diagnose as effectively). I cannot recommend Mark and his team highly enough.

Mark was fantastic he came out really quickly! Checked my damp carefully and found i didn’t need any major work and it was caused by a leaking gutter! What an honest builder not to charge for work that I never needed I’d have him back anytime.

Mark came and gave us a quote and arranged to come and do the job a few days later. He was really quick, efficient and did a great job, he turned up on time and charged the price he quoted which was a really reasonable/competitive price. Would recommend Mark to anyone.

Mark explained the cause of the damp in my property and went through in detail the resolve and the work that he would do. I had a clear estimate of works and price emailed to me.
