Impressed with the service right through from initial phone call providing a (very competitive) quote through to the job being complete. Jack arrived on time, explained the power flush work as he went along - and any complications he found - in plain English, and was tenacious in trying to get to the bottom of some long-running problems with my central heating system. He was even willing to lend a hand when the builders in my loft needed a bit of plumbing pipe chopped - saving me the expense of calling out a separate plumber. And when it turned out I needed a couple of new, small parts, he was able to get a colleague to bring them down and fit them on the same day, again saving me hassle of dealing with it another day.

Nice guys. Job ended up a bit more complicated than originally thought but it was completed within budget, it just took a little longer. Jobs are booked through Connie who proved to be very polite, and very reasonable when discussing pricing.

Mickey repaired the boiler on the first visit, He did a very good job, He is very polite, nice and helpful, I would recommend him.

Quick, efficient and reasonably priced, will use again.

Mickey and Jac were brilliant. Really professional. Very polite. Really positive and hard working. They installed a boiler for us after ours packed up after 40 years. It was a horrible job on a house 100 years old. New pipes, floorboards taken up etc. Numerous issues with old plumbing and old gas pipes. Nothing was a problem for them though. It was always "don"t worry, we will find a solution". They turned up on site every morning at 8am and worked solid until 7pm. They did numerous other small jobs as well. New rad, new taps, new cistern etc... I am really pleased and they will always be my first call for any work I need doing in the future. 10 out of 10

Mickey was very polite and helpful, not only installing the thermostat quickly but providing us with additional advice on our old boiler. The job was completed quickly and to a high standard.

Hired Mickey from M-Tec for supply and fit of new boiler as he was helpful on the phone and came the next day to provide a quote. The work was completed the next working day to a high standard and with no problems. Mickey was helpful and courteous throughout. Happy to recommend and would use again.
