Communication with Plumr was good: I received a phone call to book the job in, an email and an automated text to confirm they were on their way. Mickey arrived when due and quickly tested the boilers functions. He explained clearly to me the possible reasons for the hot water running hot/cold and then looked inside and located the fault which turned out to be the expansion vessel needing re pumping. This he did and as well as testing/bleeding the radiators. All done well within the basic rate of an hour charge with no extras. I chose him as I have a few properties with Worcester Bosch boilers and saw he was a registered installer so hoped he'd be well experienced with them (... I've had moans about working on WB boilers from other repair men in the past) and this turned out to be the case. I'd recommend Plumr and will happily use them again myself.

I can't thank Plumr enough. Connie was so helpful in arranging the booking, and Mickey was knowledgeable, helpful and kindly saved me £140 on a part which a previous engineer had recommended but Mickey knew that it wasn't necessary! He saved me more money too finding a cheaper version of the thermostat which needed replacing. Plumr will definitely be my 'go-to' guys for heating and plumbing from now on. Thanks so much!

Job required replacement boiler with combi boiler in rented property with tenants in situ, decommission of gas water heater and running new pipes to boiler instead, so not completely straightforward job. We were extremely impressed with the efficiency in quoting, back up contact from the office (Connie), speed that the job was done and our tenants are very happy! They also said they would give Mickey 5 stars, they cleaned up well and were professional and friendly. I will definitely use Mickey again without hesitation.
