    Moving a boiler
    Mickey and the team at Plumr where great throughout the process of moving our boiler. From coming on site, providing a quote and then completing the job, I couldn't be happier with the quality of service. The job was completed efficiently, neatly and professionally on the day. I would highly recommend the team to friends and family.

    Thermal storage (non gas) boiler replacement
    I can not recommend them enough. I had to have a new boiler (thermal storage on electricity) installed after the 'old' one was leaking. Jack came by initially to provide me with the quote, he was professional and knew what needed to be done. I didn't even wait for the other quotes and went straight for them. Although, there was a minor delay in delivery of the boiler, they installed it promptly and without interruption. Mickey also showed up to help out and they got the job done in well under a day. They informed the site managers about the work that was completed, very professional. They also chased me to ask if I was happy, great customer service. I wouldn't even waste time and get these guys in for a quote if you have a broken gledhill pulsacoil 2000.

    auto-vent install and inhibitor recharge
    Mickey came to install automatic air vent's on all my radiators and did so without any issues. Friendly and informative and completed all the work perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

    Change kitchen tap
    I received a response to my request very quickly and had an appointment booked for within 3 days. Mickey arrived promptly and did a very good job. He cleaned up after himself and you wouldn't know he'd been. Very satisfied with the service from Plumr.

    Responded very quickly, came half an hour later and did the job with no complications. Lovely man even serviced our boiler for free. Would have him back again in an instant. Thanks Plumr

    Fixing boiler and hot water pump installation
    Very happy with the service that I received from start to finish. Connie contacted me initially to discuss the work I needed doing and I found her to be very polite and helpful. Mickey attended my property in a timely fashion and got to work. Mickey identified the problem with my boiler quickly and explained the reasons for the fault occurring. Mickey also installed a new hot water pump and went the extra mile and plumbed in some permanent isolation valves. I found Mickey to be very polite and professional. I will definitely be recommending them to family, friends and users of this website.

    Annual Boiler Servicing
    Wonderful, very friendly and trust worthy plumber. Attended for the annual boiler service call, then identified problem with gas mains pressure . Immediately contacted himself to National Grid and organised a visit by them which in turn resulted in replacing the gas supply line to the property by National Grid. Well done PlumrLtd.

    New boiler and radiators
    All very good - quick, neat, considerate and honest * I had some bureaucratic toing and froing with the council before the work could start, and they were helpful with that * I was kept informed of when Mickey and Jack would turn up (slight delay due to traffic) * They explained everything to me when I asked * showed me the work (neat and tidy) I'd like to mention the fact that they reduced the original estimate because they hadn't had to put in a new flue. I'd never have known this.
