Very impressed with the service, was sent a text when the plumber was on his way which was a nice touch. Will use them again for sure.

Plumr were great all round. We hired Plumr to lay underfloor heating throughout our 2 bed property, fit a new bolier, bathroom and kitchen. Jack was reliable and completed a great quality job. He was flexible and fitted the plumbing work around all other tradespeople and returned on numerous occassions for follow up issues (which Plumr didn't cause) The support from Connie in the office was excellent too, providing quick, complete responses on each occassion we corresponded. I would reccommend Plumr to friends and family.

Plumr responded very quickly to our request for work to be carried out. Mickey arrived on time in difficult weather conditions and very quickly identified the problem with the leaking boiler pipe which had become compacted with ice. He rectified the problem in a methodical and efficient manner and kept us informed throughout. The work was very competitively priced. We would have no hesitation in recommending him and have already talked to him about possible future work which we'll be following up in due course.

The plumber Ian was punctual and friendly. He carried out a very professional job and left everything clean and tidy when finished. I would certainly use Plumr again.

Very professional service all the way through. Mickey was very helpful in the initial visit, Connie was excellent in dealing with our quoting (where we changed our minds a lot and she was very accommodating) and Seb did great work on the actual job. All the work completed to a high standard and within the quoted time frame, including a few extras that only became apparent onsite. Not the cheapest out there but definitely worth the money, would happily use them in the future.
