The job was completed in the agreed time and generally to a high standard. However, the application of sealant in the bathroom was not done to as high a standard as the existing work. The "payment portal" on their website is a joke. It just would not work for me, and I ended up having to pay by bank transfer.

Boiler service - good communication. Arrived in good time. Mickey was very diligent, efficient and polite. Would use Plumr again. Highly recommend.

After good advice from Jack , it was decided to have a new boiler installed. The paperwork was quick and the price reasonable for the job. Ian and Charlie were cheerful and efficient workers and the job was completed in three days as I was told. Nothing was too much bother for Ian and he kept me informed as to what he was doing. I am extremely pleased with the result and would definitely use this company again and recommend to friends.

Expert help and job done very quickly. The expert Gas engineer was very qualified and experienced and solved the problem very efficiently.

New boiler fitted and, despite there being a problem with the new one, it was resolved quickly and efficiently. The team were organised, tidy and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Connie, Mickey and Ian, along with the rest of the team at Plumr were absolutely fantastic, courteous, skilled and thorough. They all worked hard to complete the work in the week long timescale allotted, with a complex older system in an old house that would continue to resist change! Ian, who did most of the work, was wonderful to have around the house. I would not hesitate to recommend Plumr to anyone who was looking to do any kind of pluming work!

Not an easy job replacing floor-standing boiler in porch with wall-mounted in the loft. Lots of issues to overcome, but all very successfully sorted. A very effective team, particularly Ian who saw the job through from start to finish in the most professional way. Highly recommended.
