Highly Recommended - skilled, efficient, collaborative and a good eye for both practical and aesthetic issues. USE THESE GUYS. Lucien is different. The last on a long day of appointments Lucien appeared at the door. He didn’t look like the other plumbers we’d seen and as I explained the work we wanted done he didn’t make the sounds other builders had made. He didn’t nod reassuringly. He didn’t agree. Didn’t say much at all. I was ready to write him off (it had been a long day) and started to usher him towards the door. Lucien raised a finger. “We’re not finished” He then told me why our plans wouldn’t work. Not because they were difficult to do, but because they were creating bigger problems for ourselves in the future. Problems none of the others had spotted. Importantly he began to come back with solutions. Not quick fix alternatives, but solutions to the problems we’d been trying to address. That sums up Lucien and his partner Brad. They listen to what you want, try to achieve it, but if they can’t will work with you to find a solution that answers all your needs. Crucial to that collaborative style is the high standards of finish they hold their own work to. We were on site much of the time and they were also great company. Supportive and helpful on the jobs we were attempting ourselves, upbeat and friendly it was great fun working with them. This was our first project of this type. It’s hard to imagine having managed it without Lucien and Brad.

It's not easy to find decent trades people but Lucian and Brad did a excellent job with a very high quality finish. We made a couple of changes to what we wanted and they accommodated the changes without fuss. There was also a delay with the delivery of materials and they worked around this issue. They are very experienced and know what they are doing, giving advice where needed. They provided a list of required materials before starting work so that they could start work from day 1. The tiling was done very neatly with a nice finish and they cleaned after themselves daily. If you are wanting a high quality installation then get these two on your job.

Lucian & his team did a great job with my bathroom/toilet, so I invited them to give me a quote for kitchen.His quote was fair, he explained clearly how they would proceed and the time scale involved.Lucian is a man of his word. I found him easy to get along with, he is a very positive, polite and respectful person. Everyday they turned up on time and they were always happy.These guys really enjoy their work and delivered a very high standard of workmanship throughout the whole refurbishment. Even when they came across dilemmas such as kitchen planner measuring incorrectly their ingenuity was amazing, they came up with a way to make it work. I really appreciate the way they valued and asked for my opinions of the way I wanted certain things to be done like design style of tiles on the wall, I wasn't sure so they showed me several designs and let me choose. Lucian and his team are perfectionists, and very organised in the way that they work. Would highly recommend them.

Shocking. Aggressive, didn't perform an adequate site survey and then complained when an access hatch 'appeared' - having discussed it was to be tiled. Walked off site.

Lucian and his team did an amazing job with my bathroom! The entire bathroom was ripped out and even though the walls fell apart and floor underneath were in a lot worse state than expected they managed to finish the job by the time we had agreed and didn't up the price. Not only doing a great job with the plumbing, tiling and customised shelves and cupboards, they also left the flat very tidy in the evenings even though they were working long days in order to finish on time. Good communication throughout the process and they kept me posted on the progress of the work, any issues that rose and any decisions needed to made along the road. Very friendly and pleasant to deal with and I would definitely use them again and happily recommend to others.

Lucian and his colleagues Brad and GeeGee gave us an absolutely first class bathroom for an exceptionally reasonable price. Our once wretched bathroom is now a sparkling thing of beauty – which actually puts the rest of our flat to shame! They tidied up after themselves and were always prompt and timely. I particularly liked their willingness to explain every aspect of what they were doing if we asked, as well as to highlight any potential problems they saw in our ideas. Due to the poorly built nature of our flat, the guys encountered a few problems beneath the surface when they started to remove all the old tiling and flooring. Together, we worked out a new direction to go and they readily modified the plan at no added expense. True men of their words and thoroughly honest. As well as brilliant workmanship and dedication to the job, they were a pleasure to have around and always up for a joke if we took them a cup of tea. I can whole-heartedly recommend Lucian and his team. I will certainly be giving them any future work I need doing. Great work, great attitudes, great price. What more can you ask for?

Lucian did a very good job with my bathroom. He worked hard, and despite a number of unexpected difficulties he did not ask for a higher price. I especially appreciated his good taste and the precision with the tiling. We had some difficulties in the communication though - for example I waited for him at home twice when he didn't come (a SMS not received, a misunderstanding) which probably was just unlucky. He also made a few decisions on which I didn't entirely agree, but I should have told him what I wanted in advance. This has been mostly my fault, due to my inexperience with renovation, so I didn't always realise the consequences of each decision or did not know what I had to ask for and what was an obvious choice. Anyway I have to say that he has been flexible and tried to correspond my desires, not to mention resolving unusual problems (my old bathroom was a real mess!). I would definitely hire him again, only making sure that I clarify better (to myself and to him) what I want. Additional plus points, he is extremely respectful of the house (always tied up and cleaned at the end of the day) and flexible with working hours, and has good sense of humour.

Very quick service, done the job in 2 days, I had to carry all materials up stairs for him he also requested payment on the spot and failed to do so resulted in "knocking tiles of the wall", Left so much dust and dirt it was un believable !!!

Lucien and Brad, these guys are honest, polite, hardworking, punctual, and highly skilled professionals. Their quote for work is very fair. They ripped out my old bathroom & re-fitted bathroom totally, I was so impressed with the quality and standard of their work I got them to re-fit / tile, the toilet.They even removed a huge metal tank from a cupboard, sorted out pipes and reshelved it. All done in 5 days. I plan to have them come back & Re-furnish my entire kitchen. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Fiona

Very pleased with the timing and quality of work. Wouldn't have any problem recommending him. We had a minor problem on agreeing the cost of a variation but it was easily resolved and i would use him again. He takes pride and care in his work.
