Job posted Tuesday 23/7/19. Lee called on Thursday 25/7/19 and advised replacing entire floor with tantalized joists and hardwood ply flooring. I thought this may be too expensive for my budget, I was pleasantly surprised when his quote arrived the following day and was only about 20% higher than a quote received for repairing ten of the joist ends only. I booked lee to do the work when he informed me that his team could do the work on Tuesday 30/7/19. His team arrived, were courteous , efficient, and tidy. They found that the timber floor plates also needed replacement, so the wall plates,and all joist were replaced with tantalized timber, and then new hardwood ply flooring was laid. By 4pm the work was completed, and I am very happy with the quality of work. I highly recommend Lee.

Lee came ans quoted the job and within an hour the quote had arrived and was very good compared to others I had received. Work completed on time and with no mess and steps look great

Overall I'm very happy with the finished job LJB did. I needed a concrete slab laid for a cabin so needed to be straight and level and it's a great job once they came back to tweak one end. Now it's dry, it's very good. I would say however, there was an initial mix up with the date so they started 2 days later than planned but that was resolved. Also, there was a LOT of soil left on the lawn when they finished as the last afternoon seemed to be rushed. I've had to shovel this all up and in the end was 6 bags. The second part of the job, they also had to come back as the quote the guys had on site differed from the one on my email so they had to come back and do more digging and put the top soil down. They'd worked really hard over 2 days so I don't think they were that happy to come back on a Friday afternoon to finish it off. Overall, I would definitely recommend them but maybe try and make sure the job is not due to finish on a Friday. The price was good and advice received during the work was also very useful.

Prompt attention, three members of staff, installed a platform, replaced a lintel and repainted the area of bricks . All work completed in about 3.5 hours . Tidy job with appropriate resources. Would use again.

Job started on time. Was promptly completed and too a good standard. I'm very pleased.

The advice given was to reroof the garage as this would be a better long term solution to the water penetration problem. This was carried out quickly and efficiently to a good standard. Would use them again and would recommend their services to others.
